A Brief History of the Chamber The Chamber's predecessor, the Middleton Business Association, was created in 1984 by a group of local business owners to encourage fellowship and contribute to the betterment of the community.

The MBA's support ranged from providing scholarships to Middleton High School seniors to contributing countless hours and funds to community events like the 4th of July celebration. The MBA's financial support was integral to the success of Middleton's Economic Development Study, which was completed in 2006.

In 2006, the MBA became the Middleton Chamber of Commerce. Today's Chamber is a vibrant, collaborative organization working to manage growth, modernize infrastructure, and create networking opportunities for local businesses.
