Middleton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors
The MCC is appreciative for the service and dedication of these individuals who are leaders in the community and ensure the Vision of the Chamber. Your 2010 Middleton Chamber of Commerce Board members:

Brian Lee- President Brian has been a physical therapist in the Treasure Valley for 11 years. Brian graduated with honors from Oklahoma Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and from Creighton University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He established Lee Physical Therapy of Middleton in May of 2007. Brian specializes in manual therapy, post-operative rehabilitation, and evaluating/treating orthopedic and sports injuries. He is board certified by the American Physical Therapy Association as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Brian enjoys spending time with his family, activities associated with Ten Mile Christian church, participating in triathlons, working out, coaching his sons’ youth soccer teams and camping.

Dr. Richard Bauscher- 1st Vice President
Dr. Bauscher serves as the chief school executive officer for the Middleton School District, which serves approximately 3,000 students and employs about 350 staff members. The District encompasses 100 square miles in area and is among the top ten fastest growing Districts in the State of Idaho. He is responsible for administering the schools in conformity with all of the approved Board policies, State Department regulations and statutes under Idaho Code. He establishes and maintains efficient procedures and controls for all expenditures of school district financial operations. He is in charge of the planning of new schools, sites, enrollment projections and facility analysis.

Garrett Goldberg- 2nd Vice President Garrett was born in Los Angeles, CA and has been coming to Idaho for his entire life, eventually moving to Sun Valley in 1996. He attended Stanford University, studying both politics and business, and studying abroad in Florence, Italy. Before moving to Boise, Garrett worked in sports marketing for the Oakland Raiders and San Francisco 49ers, eventually settling in real estate development, investment, and management here in Boise. He is in his second year on the Middleton Chamber of Commerce Board heading up the Idaho Chamber Alliance relationship and helping start the Middleton Economic Development Committee.

Spencer Kofoed- Treasurer Spencer was born and raised in the Treasure Valley. He graduated from BYU with a Masters degree in accounting. Spencer has worked with the Accounting Firm Deloitte & Touche and later moved to Hewlett-Packard. Spencer started Tradition Custom Homes & Tradition Development in 1994. He specializes in Custom,Semi-Custom homes, and light office commercial office buildings. Spencer has built his business on quality, honesty, and value.

Stacy Thibault- Board Member Stacy Thibault has been a resident of Middleton for almost 15 years. She graduated from Centennial High School in 1988 and attended BSU for nursing. She later returned to expand her nursing education and graduated as a paramedical examiner and phlebotomist. Stacy is the mother of 2 children, and was the first PTA President of Purple Sage Elementary when the school first opened. Stacy is the owner of ALL BOXED UP in Middleton and is close to celebrating 2 years in business!

Kassa Hartley- Board Member Kassa was raised in Nampa and graduated from Nampa Christian High School in 1998. She attended Blue Mountain College in Pendleton, Oregon on a full scholarship for volleyball. She then returned to the Treasure Valley and worked in the banking industry for 7 years. Kassa is currently an Insurance Agent for Farmers Insurance in Star and has been in the insurance industry for 5 years. When you switch to Farmers, you’ll get a local, personal agent who knows your area and your neighborhood! Whether you have a simple question, want to adjust your coverage or need help with the claims process, I will be your one point of contact that will always be here for you. Kassa has 2 children with one more on the way and has lived here in Middleton with her family for 9 years, her husband Joe is a graduate of Middleton High School. Kassa enjoys playing City League volleyball and softball, hunting, camping, horseback riding, and her church activities.

Rick Fried- Past President
Rick is a graduate from The College of Idaho with a degree in Business Management, and has lived with his family in Middleton for the past 18 years. He is currently the Manager of Syringa Bank in Middleton, and has been in the banking industry in the Treasure Valley for 27 years. Rick enjoys serving the Middleton Chamber and being a part of the Middleton Business Community, and can be reached at 562-4167 during business hours.
